SAP's Internship Inauguration Ceremony with Customized Corporate Gift Boxes

Last year was a truly special year for us as we had the honor of hosting the Inauguration ceremony for SAP's internship experience program. It was an event organized for 120 new interns who were joining the company, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. It was all thanks to one of the employees from SAP who had attended our virtual events before and graciously recommended us to the company.

When SAP approached us to send customized corporate boxes as presents to welcome their interns, we were more than happy to take up the challenge. We connected them to our partner who specializes in creating sustainable and customized corporate gift boxes, and together we got creative! They wanted the boxes to be special, so we incorporated SAP's logo in the cards and included graters, measurement spoons, spices and herbs for our clients. We also made sure to include a warm message from the company to welcome the interns.

All the boxes were delivered to the interns on time, and on the day of the event, everyone was on time - our hosting team and the agency. While in most events there are a few people who prefer to quietly observe, the Inauguration ceremony was a lively and engaging event. All the interns were excited and fully immersed in the virtual event, dancing together and enjoying themselves.

Our Instagram page was buzzing with appreciation for the virtual event, and we felt immensely proud to have made a meaningful contribution to this important day for SAP and their new interns.
